Please note that the symposium is organized as an in-person event only, and remote participation will not be possible.
Registration fees
The registration fee includes access to all sessions in the program as well as coffee/tea during specified breaks. Lunch is at own cost. The registration fee is free of VAT. Please note that the Colloquium participation fee does not include the dinner card.
YHYS-member registration fee: 0 € for persons who are members of the Finnish Society for Environmental Social Science (YHYS). Membership status will be checked once the colloquium registration has closed. Information about membership is available on the YHYS membership page (external webpage, opens in new tab).
Registration fee: 60 € for regular non-members
Registration fee: 30 € for students, including BSc and MSc (does not apply to PhD students)
Dinner ticket
Dinner tickets are sold separately for 42 € and they include VAT (25.5%), and is paid upon registration together with the registration fee.
On the registration form, you will be asked if you wish to also select the dinner ticket. The dinner will be on Thursday 19.11.2026. Please note that seats to the dinner are limited.
Cancellation policy
If the registration is cancelled by 5.11.2026, the participation fee will be refunded. For cancellations after 5.11.2026 no refund will be made.
