RelEx Team Dynamics Workshop

Recognizing the importance of open dialogue and the challenges that can arise when collaborating across teams and countries, the RelEx project hosted a Team Dynamics workshop for its core team on 18 May 2026. The workshop was led by Lauri Koittola, a Team Dynamics and Solution-Focused Coach.

During the workshop, the RelEx core team explored tools for building an open and effective team dynamic, as well as approaches to enhancing communication and collaboration. The workshop also provided an opportunity to pause and reflect on teamwork and inclusion. At the end of the session, the team agreed to revisit the workshop’s outcomes throughout the project to ensure continued open communication and mutual support.
