Registration for the NCSR 2026 is Now Closed!
Thank you for your interest in the conference. Registration closed on 23 June 2026.
The registration fees:
- €110 (regular participant)
- €65 (doctoral researchers and students)
The registration fee includes:
- Conference participation
- Welcome reception
- Lunches and coffee breaks during the conference
Courtesy of Visit Turku, registered participants will have a Föli QR code printed on their conference name badges, providing free travel on Föli buses and Vesibussi during the NCSR 2026 conference (11–14 August).
Poster and Project Material
Conference participants are welcome to bring posters, handouts, flyers, or information about publications relevant to the sociology of religion. There will be a designated area during the conference to display those materials. The available space is limited, so please contact ncsr2026@abo.fi if you intend to bring any posters or other materials.
Conference dinner
There will be a conference dinner on Thursday, 13 August, at 18:30. Participation in the dinner is optional and costs €67. You can sign up and pay for the dinner via the conference registration link.
NASR membership
Please note that membership in the Nordic Association for the Sociology of Religion (NASR) is required to present a paper at the conference. Information about membership fees and benefits is available on the NASR association’s website. Membership fees are paid directly through the NASR’s website.
