Jan Antfolk is a Professor of Applied Psychology at Åbo Akademi University. He is also the leader of Psych-AID. Jan completed his PhD at Åbo Akademi in 2014. He has conducted extensive research within the field of legal psychology in general and asylum determinations in particular. Within this context, Jan’s research interests include an interest in how people describe their social (e.g., sexual, religious, political) identity and how such descriptions are believed or not.
