Theme 2026: Human Mobility, Digitalization, and Grand Challenges – Navigating the Future of Business and Work

We invite researchers, doctoral students, practitioners and policymakers to join us for this enlightening event. Through engaging academic presentations, panel discussions, and keynote addresses, we will share insights, propose research directions, and address gaps in our understanding of the topic. In addition to the structured sessions, ample networking breaks, luncheons, and dinner will provide opportunities to connect, collaborate, and forge lasting discussions and partnerships. The conference will also host a specific PhD workshop to foster future expertise.

Keynote speakers

Leo-Paul Dana – Professor of Entrepreneurship at Dalhousie University, Canada. Ranked No1 Entrepreneurship scientist in Canada (2024) and France (2023). Amongst the most cited authors in journals as Journal of World Business, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice and Journal of Business Research.

Juliane Marie Neiiendam – Member of the European Economic and Social Committee and the Board of the Women’s Council in Denmark. She advocates amongst all for equal pay, inclusion and technology-driven innovation across the EU. Her work spans business development, organizational transformation, and strategic growth.
