Some keep the peace. On 29 April 2026, the<a href=\"https:\/\/iuis.org\/day-of-immunology\/\">&nbsp;International Day of Immunology<\/a>&nbsp;will shine a spotlight on Regulatory T Cells (Tregs), the immune system\u2019s gatekeepers of tolerance and balance. These specialized cells help prevent autoimmunity, limit chronic inflammation, and maintain harmony across immune responses.
