PhD Defence: Ezgi Özliseli

M.Sc. Ezgi Özliseli publicly defended her doctoral thesis on December 4, 2024 in bioscience with specialisation on pharmacy with her thesis entitled Nanoparticle-aided delivery for tracking and controlling cell fate decisions in complex environments. Docent Alexandra Stubelius, Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, served as opponent and Professor Jessica Rosenholm, Åbo Akademi University, as custos. Jessica Rosenholm and Professor Cecilia Sahlgren supervised the thesis work.

The PhD defence was a remarkable display of expertise and composure. Despite facing tough and thought-provoking questions from the opponent, the defendant responded with brilliance, showcasing her deep knowledge and impressive breadth of publications.
